• Google Sign-In Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture as permitted by your Google account settings.
• Quick-Start Questionnaire: The optional "quick start" form linked from our sign-up page is hosted on Microsoft Forms. Answers you give there are collected by Microsoft on our behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain our astrology services
• Generate birth charts, horoscopes, and personalized predictions

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following situations:

• With Experts: Your birth details are shared with astrology experts you book appointments with, solely for providing astrological guidance.
• Service Providers: We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf to run the platform:
  • Microsoft Azure: website hosting and file storage
  • Supabase: database hosting
  • Brevo: sending account and booking emails
  • Razorpay: payment processing (we do not store your card or bank details)
  • Google: sign-in with Google, and reCAPTCHA spam protection on our forms
  • Microsoft Forms: the optional quick-start questionnaire
  • ipapi.co: an approximate country/region lookup from your IP address, only when that optional feature is switched on
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. This includes encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your cookie choice. They are needed for the site to work and are always on.

Analytics cookie (optional): only if you choose "Accept analytics", we set a cookie (sh_session_id, kept for one year) and record the pages you visit (the page address without any query string), the referring site, your browser, device type, screen size, language and time zone, and any campaign (UTM) tags. We store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. If you choose "Only essential", no analytics cookie is set and no page views are recorded.

We offer sign-in with Google. When you sign in this way, we receive limited profile information as authorized by your Google account settings. We do not have access to your Google password. Please review Google's privacy policy for details on how it handles your data.

If you have an account, you can do two of these yourself from your profile page: "Download my data" gives you a copy of your account, birth details, predictions, prediction requests, appointments and payments, and "Delete my account" closes your account straight away and asks our team to remove your data permanently.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
