Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
• Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Reports and predictions

Chart reports and predictions are personalised digital services prepared for you once requested. They are non-refundable once work has begun or the report has been delivered.

3. Expert consultations

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
• If we are unable to deliver a scheduled consultation through our own fault (for example, the astrologer does not attend), we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund for that session.

4. Where the law requires a refund

Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such a right applies, we will honour it.

5. How to request an exception

Requests under sections 3 or 4 must be made within 7 days of the transaction or missed session. Email us with your account email, the date of the purchase or session, and a short description.

6. Related terms

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Astrology is guidance and not financial advice; dissatisfaction with a prediction or its outcome is not grounds for a refund.
